What is the average cost of utilities?

The cost of utilities can vary widely, depending upon your personal preferences. However, a good rule of thumb for water, gas and electric is $65-$75 per bedroom per month. This does not include your telephone or cable.

Do you have parking available?

Most of our units do have off-street parking available. The majority of the parking is in our lot behind the Maxwell Street properties. The units on Hagerman Court without off-street parking have street parking available on a first come-first serve basis or may have a reserved spot in one of our lots for a $20/month fee.

How much will the damage deposit be?

The damage deposit is equal to one month's rent. It will be refunded, less any charges for cleaning or repairs, within 45 days after your lease ends.

What is included in your apartments and houses?

None of our units are furnished. However, each one has a stove and refrigerator, as well as blinds on all the windows. Also, all of our units are air-conditioned (if not central air, we provide window units.)

Who handles repairs and maintenance?

We have a full-time maintenance staff to handle repairs and are usually able to respond to all requests within a matter of days. Tenants are responsible for everyday tasks like taking trash to the curb and changing light bulbs and smoke detector batteries.
